Kim Kardashian released her latest ad campaign for her new KKW Beauty lip collection on Thursday.
And hours later, the creative director and owner of lace by Tanaya – Tanaya Henry – slammed the reality star and the photographer Marcus Hyde for ripping off her concept and her jewelry designs – which she says are copyrighted.
She also said her images have been out for two years.
Tanaya took to her social media on Thursday night to blast Kim and also the photographer, who has since come out and denied any wrongdoing in the matter.

She blasted the Kardashian clan on her Instagram stories: 'People look up to you guys and you guys are f*****n frauds. It's ridiculous. You guys do it a lot. It doesn't made any sense. Why not just give credit where it's due? It's not that hard. You guys know how to f****n get a hold of me.'
Tanaya shared dozens of images from her Lace By Tanaya photoshoots to her social media page to prove that she had the concept and designs first.
In one of the slideshows she shared to her Instagram, she wrote: 'It's not about who does it first or last… it's about who does it the best.'
Drake, who has been beefing with Kanye and was as the center of a rumor that he allegedly had a fling with Kim, interestingly liked the picture.

She said wanted to clear the air during her four minute long Instagram Live: 'I'm going to tell y'all the story so you guys know why the f**k I'm tripping out.'
Tanaya kicked it off by saying that Marcus has previously worked with her on many occasions, and someone she ha previously considered a 'friend' for 'five to six years.'
'He knows me, he's been to my crib. I know his girl. There's history, she said. 'He started working with Kim and Kanye – cool whatever. Amazing.'
Tanaya said she even texted congratulations when she heard about Marcus' new gig.

The drama started when she was casually scrolling through her Twitter feed.
At first she thought Kim posted her Lace By Tanaya photoshoot pictures to her Twitter as a way of admiring her jewelry line, but she soon realized that was not true.
Tanaya said: 'I realize it's a f****n ad for her new lipstick,' adding 'Not only did you steal my concept, you had replicas made of my copyrighted designs and you used a photographer that I've known for years.'

Tanaya said in her Instagram Live that Marcus claimed he didn't recognize the fact that it was a rip off of her concept and designs.
She alleged that 'He says it's all good because he got paid and he 'didn't know what was going on.'
However, she didn't believe him: 'It's crazy you don't know what's going on – you've known me for so long and you didn't realize that what you were shooting is an exact f***n copy of my concept and of my designs that I've had out for two years? F**k out of here!
She then re-directed back to the Kardashians and called them out.

The designer continued that Kylie, Khloe, Kendall and Kourtney have all worn and also asked for her pieces.
She also revealed that Kanye known her and he comes up and says hi to her.
The designer knows many of the same people, including Kim's stylist Danielle.
Tanaya said: 'It is at a point, obviously at a point where I'm f****n mad. You've done it to my friends and you've done it to me.'
Adding: 'You guys know what the f**k is good. You could have hit me up.I know all of you guys. I know your whole crew. You guys know me. Don't f****n play me.'

She questioned why no one approached her about using her jewelry, which is the least thing they could have done.
Tanaya said if they hit her up, then she would have been flattered like f**k they hit me up to like use my s**t. They might have knocked off the whole concept and photoshoot but at least they used my s**t – I would have been OK with that, right?'
She said to the Kardashians: 'You guys can play and act like you don't know but I know that you do. Don't play it. Don't play that card.'
The designer ended it while threatenbing legal action.
She said: 'Y'all better hit me up an apologize or something because those designs are copyrighted. That photoshoot causes confusion to consumers. I got lawyers on deck. I know y'all got money but I have a lot of proof and I don't f****n like you guys and I will go f*****n hard.'
Ending the live video with: 'You guys are whack.'
Tanaya also shared direct messages from Marcus, who seemingly claimed his own innoncene.

On Friday, Marcus took to his Instagram stories to make his statement on the matter, even going as far as calling it 'petty drama.'
He made light of the situation, and joked that no one could shoot grills or lip rings.
He continued to maintain his innocence in the matter.
